You can save some time at your first visit by printing and completing the New Patient forms available on our website in advance of your scheduled appointment.
During your First visit, our x-ray technician will take a set of Digital dental x-rays. Dr Parmar will then perform a Comprehensive oral examination in order to prepare a full and accurate diagnosis and treatment recommendation. If necessary, a Video Examination is also taken with our intra oral camera*. This is a video camera the size of a pen that allows you to see your mouth and teeth to check for the presence of cavities, microcracks, defects in tooth structure, faulty fillings and crowns, and to help determine gum tissue health.If it is discovered that you need dental treatment, you will have the chance to review the doctor's recommended treatment, be informed of the alternatives and benefits and ask questions. The doctor and Patient Care Coordinator will then work with you to develop a course of treatment that balances your individual needs, while allowing you to receive your accepted dental treatment in an agreeable timeframe.
Please remember to : Bring Insurance identification cards (if applicable), a valid California ID card, Social Security numbers, and name(s) of any medication you or your child may be taking to your appointments. If you have had a set of dental x-rays taken at another dental office in the past 6 months you should try to obtain a copy of these to bring with you to your first visit.

Your appointment has been set-aside for you to fit your busy schedule. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us within 48 hours. In this way we will be able to open up time for the needs of our emergency patients. Reschedule your appointment so there is no interruption to your or your child's dental treatment.
